Marketing Specialist

- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences - Prepare detailed reports and present findings to the marketing team - Brainstorm and generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns, including visuals, text, animations, and other multimedia content - Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to follow up on tasks assigned - Ensure that all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and company objectives - Assist in planning and executing international expos, including developing merchandising ideas, overseeing digital marketing processes, and managing logistics - Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, including social media, email campaigns, and website traffic - Update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and alignment with marketing goals - Generate regular reports highlighting key metrics and performance indicators - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage project timelines and deliverables - Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field - At least 2 years of marketing experience preferably within the iGaming/Web3 industries - Fluent English is a must (written and verbal) - Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms and SMM activities - Experience with market research and data analysis - Effective project management skills, particularly in event coordination - Advanced knowledge in MS office - Hard working, creative, detailed and result-oriented - Open to travel to business trips
