- Developing marketing strategy: You will be responsible for creating and implementing a winning marketing strategy that aligns with our goals and objectives - Budgeting and resource allocation: You will develop and manage annual marketing budget, allocating resources appropriately across different marketing activities - Brand management: You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization's brand image and reputation - Marketing campaigns and initiatives: You will lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention - Market research and analysis: You will conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends as well as to identify new business opportunities - Digital marketing and online presence: You will oversee our digital marketing efforts, including website management, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising - Analytics and reporting: You will monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as conversion rates, website traffic, campaign effectiveness, and ROI - Team leadership and management: You will lead and manage the marketing team, including participation in the hiring process, training, and providing guidance to team members

- Have extensive marketing experience in managerial role with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies - Have strategic thinking and can align marketing efforts with our overall business objectives - Have analytical and data-driven mindset - Are a creative, innovative out-of-the-box thinker and can raise the brand awareness and client loyalty by crafting compelling brand stories and engaging content - Have business acumen and can align marketing strategies with our business vision and goals - Have excellent communication skills - Have leadership and team management skills and can energize and inspire team members to achieve new perspectives - Are a continuous learner and enjoy sharing knowledge with others and developing team
