Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism in all communications
- Monitor and prioritize emails, calls, and other forms of communication
- Provide translation support (English, Russian, Armenian) as needed
- Organize events, ensuring smooth execution and coordination
- Manage and coordinate the calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring optimal time management
- Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, and following up on action items
- Prepare reports, and correspondence
- Arrange travel plans, including flights, accommodations, visa support, and itineraries
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Assist with occasional personal errands and administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in organizational roles such as office management, executive coordination, or administrative leadership, supporting high-level executives, is preferred
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate changing priorities and business needs
- Experience in managing travel logistics and event coordination is preferred
- A high degree of professionalism and the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
