- Assessment of legal risks of business processes - Delivery of declaration of a beneficial owner - Registration of legal entities - Strong time management skills - Provide high-quality legal advice and representation in matters related to territorial development, land acquisition and environmental compliance. - Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of contracts, internal legal acts, charters, letters, requests, applications and other required documents - Lead and manage legal cases, including those involving land use disputes, regulatory compliance, and environmental law - Conduct thorough legal research and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends - Develop and implement legal strategies to protect and advance the interests of Green Rock and its projects - Work closely with the staff to prepare comprehensive briefs on everyday cases - Represent Green Rock in client meetings and negotiations - Manage relationships with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders, ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction - Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies and procedures

- University degree in Law or relevant jurisdiction - Minimum of 3 years of experience in land use law, real estate, environmental law, or a related field - Strong knowledge of corporate, labor, civil and other spheres of law - Proven track record of successfully managing complex legal cases and development projects - Strong leadership skills - Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team - High ethical standards and professional integrity - Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite - Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages
