- Actively perform code reviews and help evolve to code review guidelines to ensure quality code is shipped - Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans - Maintain high standards of software quality within the team - Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code - Collaborate with other departments, support them and troubleshoot arising issues - Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery - Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship - Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software

- Higher education in IT or in a technical field - 7+ years of professional experience as a C# Software Developer - Work experience in financial-banking industry will be a big plus - Hands-on experience with ADO.NET, LINQ and Entity Framework technologies - Excellent knowledge of WCF and REST technologies - Excellent command of MS SQL server and relational database design - Strong practical mind - Advanced interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent organizational and management skills - Adaptive leadership - Ability to meet deadlines; high sense of responsibility - Advanced knowledge of technical English
