Junior UI/UX Designer

- Understand the project core - Research and make design decisions based on the results - Create high-quality, detailed, designs for products (websites, web applications, dashboards, and mobile applications) - Redesign of existing products - Communicate with the developers - To be consistent during the programming phase of the project - Assisting developers with small tasks which don't need to be designed separately - Actively attend team buildings - To be ready to kindly share knowledge and learn from others

- 1+ working experience in a similar role - Excellent knowledge of Figma and/or Adobe XD, including component structure, prototyping tools - Excellent knowledge of overall UX steps and UI principles - Ability to deliver UI Kit, User Flow, and Sitemap when required - Ability to maintain multiple projects at the same time - Team player - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Good time-management skills
