- Continuously monitor and analyze competitors’ activities and strategies to identify market trends and opportunities - Manage the product promotion packaging process, ensuring alignment with business goals, targeting key markets and audiences - Ensure all marketing campaigns and product promotions comply with regional laws, gambling regulations, and industry standards to maintain brand integrity and avoid legal risks - Execute targeted marketing campaigns for VBET products - Conduct analysis on past campaigns and help plan future content delivery for engagement - Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition and retention programs - Collaborate with B2B partners and external stakeholders to expand product reach - Track and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights for optimization - Review content texts to ensure compliance with campaign terms - Develop and implement the design and visualization of advertising campaigns - Create design concepts, review, and approve final design dimensions - Prepare advertising materials for offline campaigns - Participate in the training and development process of junior team members - Participate in the supervision of the work of junior team members

- Proven experience in product marketing with a successful track record of marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand positioning - Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and competitor analysis - Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing tools - Experienced with Belote and Backgammon gameplay and strategies - Knowledge of the gambling industry is an advantage - Good communication skills in English and Armenian - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proactive and able to collaborate across teams to achieve business objectives - Ability to adapt quickly and manage challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
