- Make and receive calls and negotiate with debtors - Introduce the debtor full information about his/ her debt - Perform other necessary duties related to debt collection issues

- Higher education, preferably in Law - Negotiation skills - Computer literacy and knowledge of modern technologies - High sense of responsibility and honesty; punctuality; ability to keep confidential information - Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines - Ability to work within a team - Ability to communicate with customers
