Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Assist the CEO with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing calendars, and scheduling meetings
- Communication Liaison: Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO, including emails, phone calls, and messages
- Document Preparation: Prepare, organize, and manage documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and business activities
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and schedule meetings, ensuring that all necessary materials and documentation are ready in advance
- Data Entry & Research: Conduct basic research and compile data to support the CEO’s decision-making process
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required)
- Up to 1 year of experience in an administrative or assistant role. Prior experience in the IT or tech field is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to tasks
- Basic knowledge of office operations and administrative functions
- Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English (mandatory)
