Financial Reporting Specialist

- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards and internal requirements - Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data - Collaborate with accounting/finance, business and other relevant teams to streamline reporting processes - Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis - Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to senior management as needed - Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and reporting requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s Degree, ACCA or equivalent certification preferred) - 3+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or a similar role - Strong knowledge of accounting and reporting standards - Advanced technical skills (Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI, Google Sheets - Excellent analytical, organizational, communication and presentation skills - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Flexibility, ability to learn new concepts quickly - Attention to details, ability to work independently, build relationships across departments and meet tight deadlines
