Responsibilities
- Answer phones and greet vendors
- Accept deliveries of packages from vendors
- Check the quality of packages - correct labeling/weight
- Assist vendors with packaging
- Ensure all required documents for related packages are provided by vendors and correctly filled out
- Record packages on an Excel sheet
- Prepare a list for a shipping agent to pick up
- Pick up packages when necessary
- Assist in filing duties
- Translation when necessary from English to Armenian and Russian
- Maintain stock of packing materials
Required Qualifications
- Good reading and writing skills in English, Armenian and Russian
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Strong grammar and spelling
- Competent keyboard skills
- Good communication
- An ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Punctuality
