- Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and update hardware, software, and company networks - Maintenance: Monitor IT system performance and intervene in case of failures or malfunctions, ensuring the availability and stability of the infrastructure - Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues by quickly identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions - Security: Implement security measures to protect company data and prevent intrusions, including firewalls, antivirus software, and backups - Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation on system configurations, maintenance procedures, and changes made - User Support: Provide technical assistance to company users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networks - Networking: Manage the configuration and maintenance of company networks, ensuring connectivity and data security in transit - Vendor Liaison: Collaborate with external vendors for the purchase of hardware and software, managing the integration of new solutions

- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a technical IT role - Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of operating systems, networks, databases, and scripting languages such as Python or Bash - Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly - Soft Skills: Ability to work as part of a team, communicate clearly, and adapt to new technological scenarios English is a MUST
