- Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic English language lessons that cater to the needs and proficiency levels of students - Create engaging and interactive learning materials, activities, and assessments to enhance student learning and comprehension - Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them improve their English language skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing - Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies and instructional strategies to accommodate different learning styles and preferences - Monitor and assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, and adjust teaching strategies as necessary - Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development activities to continuously improve teaching practices and curriculum delivery - Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated, supported, and valued

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred - Previous experience teaching English language to diverse groups of learners, preferably in a classroom setting - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents - Enthusiasm for teaching and a genuine passion for helping students achieve their language learning goals - Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative teaching environment
