- Ensure effective communication with debtors
- Offer debtors situational solutions for the purpose of debt collection
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Ability to work in stressful situations
- Computer skills, internet knowledge
- Excellent problem solving ability
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian
- Customer service experience is desirable
- Higher education is not required
